Anyone else having content match problems

My site which is very targetted is now showing either pub service ads -

or completely irrelevant ads.

Not sure when this started as I don't check my site every day.

I'm trying to get adsense to re-index my page (changing ad format or page name) but the bot isn't visiting within minutes like it use to.

I think this is a generic problem with more sites than just mine...

Trying to see if it was related to G confusing my IP address with another country - I went and found a proxy site list. The proxy site list had adsense ads that were the same exact ads as mine (some non PSA with titles such as "white zombie" or Linkin Park Icon or Las Vegas hotel deals)

I happen to be checking out FOX News' website. Some news stories that are obviously being read by a lot of people - specifically dealing with the recent murder by an American citizen in Saudi Arabia. Same exact ads there - just different format.

Wonder what is going on.

I have still seen more than the acceptable amount of PSA ads on sites other than my own.
