Google Adsense payment

I signed up for Adsense about 3 weeks ago. On the page that shows your earnings, the figure is over $500.00. When I get my check is that the amount of money they'll send me or do they take a percentage of that?

My ctr is between .4% and .5% , is that bad?

"the figure is over $500.00" You will get a cheque for whatever amount shows on your account at the end of July. There may be an adjustment of a few cents either way, but effectively you get that in about 3 weeks time

"My ctr is between .4% and .5% , is that bad" Depends what field you are in, so there is no exact answer. I run travel sites and expect to get substantially higher than that
