Image and text ads

Lower CTR with images?

G is now offering image and text ads, is there any way of previewing the images? And I feel sure that the ctr will be lower, so why would we do it?

Any thoughts?

I signed up for the new image/text ads but haven't seen an image ad yet. It's been over three weeks since I changed my preferences to have image ads on my pages.

Has anyone else seen any image ads yet?

Yes I did see image ads in my site.I am in extremely competitive industry.

My CTR was lot better for that day(Overall CTR dropped ever since I started using image ads,EPC went up),don't know if clicks were due to image or text ad.

Overall CTR dropped, EPC went up hence my Earnings remained constant.
