Interesting idea on getting AdSense revenue data...

Only if Adsense partners with MSN Direct

I was browsing at Future Shop today and stumbled upon a new MSN Direct watch that gets data from FM. At present times, the watch can get anything from weather to traffic to MSN messages. If Adsense could open a channel on MSN Direct, people with MSN Passport can sign in and allow AdSense figure updates to feed directly to their data watches.

Not only would I be able to get updates on AdSense revenue during work w/o sneaking through company proxy, I would also be able to get AS updates during a 3-hr chick flick movie.

Best of all, no need to hit 'refresh' every 2 hrs to find out there's no update!

It's good to day dream...

I figured everyone here already ran scripts which download their AdSense stats, web visitor stats, uptime, SERPs, PR and backlinks hourly and send the data to their phones via text message or SMS. Well, except for those who don't have those phone features and have to rely on text to audio conversion programs and a modem and have their phones called and have it read to them - how embarrassing for them! It's hard to believe we used to get by without all of this data!

Sounds neat. Too bad the data doesn't update all that often.

Actually, I don't have one of the nifty new phones either, and it's so embarassing when I have to ask the kids to read my adsense stats over the CB radio to get an update... ;)

Heck, I don't even have a cell phone, except for one that I use while traveling. Telephones are sooooooo Twentieth Century. :-)

Obviously you've never been stuck in a lift for over an hour.

Man, if I hadn't had a WAP phone on me I'd have gone nuts!
