Serious EPC Spikes

How often do you see them

I guess for most of us there is a fairly familiar pattern to our stats when looked at on a monthly basis.

How often though do you see serious spikes in EPC?

I mean where your average impressions (consider whether weekend or w/day) and your average clicks are almost spot on the monthly average but your revenue is almost or more than double?

They used to run in a pretty tight range. June has been different. I've seen violent swings in both directions.

EPC has bene steadily dropping for a long time....

I see earnings spikes as high as 10,000 times (very low $ figures here) once a week. (Visits are fairly even)

I have had a 50% drop in EPC that occured after the first week of june. This was a significant amount of revenue. *blah*

Now that you mention it, todays clicks were about 10% higher than yesterday, but earnings were down 30%.

Distribution for page views were similar, either ads were paying more or some strange click habits were recorded.

My impressions are down [seasonal] but EPC have been slowly climbing this month. Probably at record, twelve month, levels.

Why? I don't know.

I made a graphic with my CPC and CPM; numbers are multplied or divided to get "equalized" series.

Numbers are very stable from september 1 untill march 31.
