I have noticed on many sites especially ones serving tribalfusion ads. Once they run out of ads tribal serves adsense so they have a standard banner (468 x 60) and a skyscaper (120 x 600) serving adsense. Some publishers also display three slots with adsense. In case google notices it then who is warned tribal or the publisher displaying the ad.
