Irrelevant Adsense ads

Why aren't my ads relevant

<snip> is a good example. Content about one thing but the ads are about content on a completely different page. I'd rather have relevant ads; how do i fix this? I've emailed the Adsense people and they never reply or send me a "we're working on it" stock email.

**** does it right on my site; why doesn't Adsense?

I have the same issues as well. It's pretty common it seems.

By the way, I like how you don't link anywhere back to your main page or anywhere once on a content page so they have to click on your ads. Very clever.

Your URL will soon be edited, but I agree that I can't see a correlation other than both medical conditions start with the same letter. There are indeed on-topic ads in the Google serps if you search for that term.

Write to adsense-support (again) and point it out.

It's possible that the page you reference was simply low on inventory at that time. If you have a page optimized for "green widgets online", they may not have advertising budgets for advertisers on that term then. Advertisers set daily budget limits. If inventory was low, the logarithm will look to the closest match.

I didn't see the URL before Jenstar edited it out. If it was for a competitive term, then I am sure that the inventory theory is a bad one.

But.. that's one possibility.
