Should each website apply for a seperate Adsense Acct?

What happens if one of your sites is kicked by Adsense?

I keep hearing about sites being kicked from Adsense for allegedly illegal clicks. Apparently you have no recourse in these circumstances.

1. So I am wondering if in such cases Adsense boots all of the sites belonging to the dude who owns the site with the allegedly illegal clicks? Or does aAdsense punish just the one site?

2. If you have a site banned can you reapply to Adsense with other sites or are you the person banned for life by Adsense?

I suppose:

1. you are kicked off from Adsense with all your sites

2. not with the same e-mail, not with the same sites and not with the same name

You can only have one account, unless you give the AdSense team a really good reason why you should have more than one. But regardless, if they do allow you to have more than one, if one account gets suspended, all of them will get suspended as well.

Suspension follows the person. People have applied for new accounts after being suspended with a completely different site and have either been rejected outright or suspended after a day or two, because it has been associated with a previously suspended account.

In other words, you have to apply for each site under different business names.

Yeah, but that's risky, cause you could get suspended for breaking the TOS of applying for multiple accounts. For exmample, if you wanted to check your stats you'd have to do it from different IP addresses. That might get annoying.

Generally, the best thing to do is just to stick to the letter of the law.

Really, the solution is for AdSense to go to pay per aquisition (PPA) instead of PPC .. then the risk of ever getting booted would be very very minimal.

Are there any alternatives to Adsense if you get booted? I don't think Overture has an equivalent.
