What do you do when you have excellent CTR and revenues from a website ..the problem is I am afraid to update any pages!

So just leave those pages until they are no longer profitable and just build more/other pages ..or would you give paranoia the day off and go ahead and update all your pages?

A good page should never go unprofitable. It is not like growing an annual crop, the page should continuosly produce. I would concentrate on adding new content.

Take advantage of the way the SE like new content and add some. Brett had a post somewhere about how to build a site using Google. The same can be said about Yahoo now that they crawl separately.
