Since a few hours ago, my stats are normal except for clicks. CTR is now less then 30% of my average, and the lowest it has ever been.

It seesm almost as if Click stats aren't updated at the moment.

Can anybody confirm this or are all stats up to date for eversybody else?

Mine seem up to date, and my ctr is higher than yesterday.

I hope Google gets back to me soon on whether I should be worried about that or not! :-)

My CTR was down about 10% yesterday and is down another 10% today. It's possible that successful advertisers have used up their monthly budgets and the ads that remain aren't as compelling. Or maybe Google is just being slow in processing the clickthrough reports.

Well I think I might have found the problem. Once again AdSense pointed out a serious server problem to me.

Appearantly a recent powercut scrambled my httpd.conf file. As I restarted apache to load a new site, settings got all messed up, and a very old version of the site came up (basically It reverted to running on an old domain instead of 301 redirecting) causeing all the page st ohave new URLs and probably not showing targeted ads.

Damn lsot almost a day.

Keep in mind that the advertisers have daily budgets as well. This could be another factor in bringing the less interesting ads to your site.
