Delay displaying Adsense?

it takes 5-8 seconds to load the pages!

it takes quite long to load the page...

Yeah, s'been awfull. Now I moved the ads to the bottom of the HTML and showed them at the top with CSS. At least that way the page loads at first.

I've seen some slow loads - in fact, when I see a white box at the top of the page I know that an Adsense ad has rotated in. Growing pains, I'm sure.

Yup. I've seen it. It was really bad at around 4am US/Central. It's only slightly better now.
