Adsense & IndustryBrain

We were approached by IndustryBrain.com to participate in their private label program, which allows you to serve targeted text ads through an RSS feed. Motley Fools is among those sites currently running their program.

I tried to contact the Adsense team through their feedback form, but the form is currently unavailable for me ("we are aware of the problem and our engineers are working on it"...).

Does anyone know if running their ads is a violation of the Adsense TOS? I suspect it might be, but I want to be sure before responding to IndustryBrain's invitation.

You can double check with Google, but IndustryBrains does market itself as being a contextual advertiser, since it is still delivering ads based upon the content of the page, regardless of what method it uses to deliver those ads. Based upon that, I would consider it a competitor to AdSense and not permitted on the same page as AdSense.
