1: If you have 2 sites, one for antique and collector widgets, and one for new widgets, how can you block ads that are appropriate for only one of those sites from appearing on the other?
Many new widget ads are really out of place on the "old" widget site, but are really well targeted for the "new" widget site.
Or is this even possible with only one account?

Interesting dilemma (all the more so since G requires you to consolidate multiple accounts). Perhaps ASA has an answer?
