Incredibly low adsense impressions/revenue today!

Has anyone else here noticed today's incredibly low numbers? In 9-mos I have never seen this happen before, or anything even remotely similar!

As of 7:30 PM my total imppressions have been an incredibly low 12% of my approx' average daily impressions. My income has been about 10% of average daily income. Typicically, the stats at approx' this time are roughly about 80% of the day's total.

Since there are only 4-1/2 hrs left before midnight it looks very dismal and beyond explanation. The only thing I can think of is adsense must have been down much of the day. However, every site I checked off and on had the ads visible all day. Perhaps the impressions and clicks were not getting recorded most of the day.

Always remember it can take up to 24 hours for the stats to be current. And stats update at different times, so even though your impressions seem about right, your clicks/ctr/earnings could be lagging the impressions stats by several hours. And different accounts also appear to update at different times, so my stats could be current while yours could be behind by hours.

This is very odd. I realize AdSense is said by G to not be reported in real-time but my experience has always been it is in fact VERY near real-time.

Never had this happen before and I monitor closely every day. This is the first time in 9-mos. Usually by the stroke of midnight all my stats are almost always 95% or more complete for the 24-hr day, with only a relatively few odd clicks/impressions coming after midnight (some days there are none after midnight).

Perhaps my account has always been some rare form of real-time test-bed by G. Anyone else see this?

AdSense delayed stats [google.com] Just a few threads to get you started ;) In nearly all of them, some will report being far behind, while others report their stats as current. And some publishers can go until the end of the day before they get anything but "no data available".

All of a sudden my stats updated! Going from a fraction of normal levels to routine looking impressions/clicks, all in a flash. Even with a much higher than normal CTR! Thanks Google!

It appears the G computers must have been somehow "stuck." BTW, I read the stuff about this from search results link you posted and see most report delays but some say it is near real-time. I have to agree with the near real-timers. My stats have almost always been as close to real-time as possible, seemingly non-delayed at all.

This is why was so worried about the long delay today as it's never happened before in 9-mos of close monitoring. Thanks Jenstar for your feedback and link.

I just posted in this thread [webmasterworld.com] there seems to be a change going on for April 13th. Whenever there is a change in something with AdSense or Adwords, many people report very delayed stats.

My revenue collapsed through the floor.
