Yes, nearly everyone was suffering the same problems with zero impression this morning, which seems to be fixing itself right now.
On a more serious note, they've just started showing impressions in the Midwest, US. Very low, so it probably just started?
The stats are showing all of 29 imps so far for Monday, 10hrs into the day according to US PST, so I assume that they're playing catch up and all the day's data hasn't been reported. The site avgs about 5k/imps/day and it should be at about 1.5k imps by now.
I don't know if Sunday's stat are accurate -- the imps seem a bit short. I suppose the best way to check if all the stats are current is to keep checking back during the day.
Will post here if something interesting happens.

Does anyone have more than a few dozen impressions for Monday so far?
Freeze the adsense stats for a few hours has worked a treat. ;)
When my Sunday stats began updating, it wasn't until all the impressions finished updating that the number of clicks jumped up at once. The same might happen until Monday's stats get caught up.
Ads are coming up on the site, but seem very slow to load.
Correction. Now I'm showing clicks in the single digits.
Bizarre. I wonder why Google doesn't put a little announcement blurb on the AdSense page that says what's going on and when it will be fixed, or put in the FAQ to expect things like this from time to time?
Most ad networks have a problem informing the publishers of problems. It also appears to be something that is not consistant with all users. It would be nice to know what is going on, but I would not count on it.
Stats for Sunday may or may not "normal". - After a month with Adsense .. still have no clue what "normal" for my stats are.
My faith in the Google geeks is being tested .. but still holding true to my belief that they're continually testing and tweaking for the greater good .. I'm more than willing to forgo some $$ for a day in wacked reporting .. IF they continue to increase the targeting .. which seems to have really improved over the last week.

I know that I've had some missing traffic show up. Definitely some from Sunday. So that tells me that today's traffic will show up, too. I'm not worried.
I don't believe that I can paste the msg (read somewhere that it's not allowed at WebmasterWorld), but basically, they're saying that the only thing affected by the outage was the display of the stats and that all imps and clicks were/are being recorded without interruption.
They didn't say what was wrong, only that it was being investigated.
The email i recd. came in about 10 mins ago... 6pm US EST

5 clicks added about 4 times my daily average, which is admitedly VERY low. I sure as hell would love to know which ads those were... darn
