does anyone experience the same problem as me. for some reason my competitors site keep showing even though i put it in the options not to show anymore. i emailed tech, they keep saying they look into it and it has been several weeks already

Could it be an issue with the URL shown on the ad being different than the "click to" (hidden) URL? Try adding both to your list to see if this corrects the problem.
