Anyone else had problems

I have been running adsense on my sites for about 4 months now. My first adsense cheque arrived with no problems at all. I now had 2 cheques outstanding to the value of nearly $2000 ... so its not peanuts we are talking about. It has been a month since Google contact me about the problem. They have even been lost in the post or theres a problem with Googles payment system. The bottom line is I havent received them and I am wondering about Googles customer support etc.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and how did they resolve it?

Have had the same problem here. May be due to the fact that I live in Thailand though. Last cheque finally arrived yesterday (over 3 weeks after being sent). Still havent received decembers payment, even though Google admitted to an Admin error and said they would resend it ... still waiting ...

I have not got my last one for over a month now, but they have never been late till now. Google's Support really sucks!

If you contact them, they will give you the date you have to wait for before they will reissue a check. In the US, I believe it is 4 weeks after payment is mailed, and outside of the US it is 4-8 weeks. After the date has passed (if it hasn't already) email them and request for your check to be re-issued.

If it is for a substantial amount (more than a few thousand) you can request that it be sent via FedEx, as I know others have received their reissued checks this way.

Do double check that your postal address is correct in your account history. A wrong zip code can cause delays at the post office, and a wrong address could cause it to be sent back to Google.

Semi off topic. Waiting for first payment auth.. Just signed up last month. The payment history link says that they will send check in between two to ten days after approval.. We're now six days into the month and there is no payment auth as of yet.

Don't their terms say they will payout somewhere within thirty days after the end of the month?

How long does it usually take them to auth a payment so you can get in the two to ten day queue?

Yes I have notified them of the problem and the said wait 6-8 weeks and then conact them again for the reissue. I have been trying to contact them for about 2 weeks now to ask them for the reissue and what is going on but to no avail. Its quite frustrating to say the least.

Budsida .. that is very worrying that you are still waiting for your cheque since December. I hope my cheques dont follow a similar fate. At least you are waiting for only 1.

I have had cheques already from Feb and March. Emailed them and asked them to re-issue Decembers cheque as it was never cashed. They said it would be no problem and it was sent on the 12th of March. Guess I just have to wait.

They should add a direct deposit feature like CJ does. It would save them and everyone else time and money.
