Increase in Adsense CPC? What are you Expecting

As the US Dollar is going down compared to other currencies, i am loosing a lot of money and i hope the same would be story with merchants from England, Europe and other countries

So, aren't people expecting a minimum cpc to increase from 5 cents to maybe 7 cents?

Well that would not work that fine, if they could just put on an extra 10 % on the advertiser.

Well, ppl would say that i am talking selfish, but one thing americans must agree to is that their currency is going down and the values are changing for people worlover due to decrease in dollar.

That would be fine, except the US Dollar has been going up most recently, not down. Speculation (which is unfounded, I think, they won't do anything before the election in November) is that the US Fed will possibly raise interest rates earlier than otherwise expected because of the US dollar's recent recovery.

If you think currency fluctuations are hurting your income, you should be looking for ways to cushion yourself against such fluctuations. Expecting subsidies from advertisers in the form of higher minimum bids just isn't very realistic.

You might want to consider adding some affiliate vendors that pay in euros or pounds, for example. Or that cater to readers who make purchases in euros or pounds. That's what I've done on my site, and whenever I feel a financial pinch as an American traveling in Europe, I can console myself with the thought that a good chunk of my affiliate income is paid in euros, which means I'll end up with more dollars at the end of the month when the euro is strong.

Use your money to buy American goods. They should be cheaper for you.

i was only asking only about the google adsense income, and i think that earning from other currency advertisers was not the point, i was about to think that what effects my adsense earnings

Lol if we but american goods with what we earn, we will end up using our income from where we earn and will go no where.

as the dollar has gone lot more down, i think this would cast bad effect on earnings of many advertisers outside usa. and i am sure they are around 50 % of total publishers on adsense.
