Last night I changed my 8 page site into an 80 page site (over time of course) and I noticed that Google is showing the same 4 ads on every single page. Should I be worried about this or just give them a couple of days to crawl the new content?

Sounds like they are serving up "themed ads" at the moment. I'd wait a day or so and see what happens.

I have about thousand pages show exactly same ads on my forum.
It is showing the default ad because they do not have page specific data to configure with. The media bots(or at least googlebots) need to crawl that page to have real context ads.

The strange this is that when I had the site up for testing using a non-public domain the ads were right on target with the content of all different types...it's today that I made the switch and pointed my public domain to the new site that it's showing just four ads

adsense checks about once a month what your page is about.
So if you didn't change the url's, then it is still using `old` information to display the ads.
