Recently one of the sectors received some SEO treatment, let's call it BLUE WIDGETS.
All other (RED WIDGETS, NATURAL WIDGETS, ARTIFICIAL WIDGETS) are still pretty general but dense in their themes (not heavily SEO'd though).
Structure is as this:
widgets.com/blue/ (with index.htm on top)
widgets.com/red/ (with index.htm on top)
widgets.com/natural/ (with index.htm on top)
widgets.com/artificial/ (with index.htm on top)
Test result for:
widgets.com/general_info.htm = ignores page theme and targets blue widgets all over
www.widgets.com/general_info.htm (same doc, just included www) targets as of page theme 100%
EVERY root doc called without the www targets AdSense ads as of the only heavily SEO'd topic area (blue).
EVERY root doc called including the www targets AdSense ads as of page topic 100%.
Very interesting and strange. What do you make of it and how to handle this situation?
