I just received my new Dell Axim X3i today and it rocks! One thing I noticed though is that whenever I visit my website I do not see the Adsense ads. I am pretty sure that Pocket IE can work with Javascript, anybody have any info about why you would not see Adsense? I have done some searching but so far found nothing. I just did a google search with the Pocket PC and noticed that I do see the Google Adwords. I just never see any adsense ads. Is it a browser thing or does google not show adsense for PDAs?

I see AdSense on my Palm, but it must recognize the fact I am on a Palm from the way it displays. For example, on the banner ad style of AdSense, "Ads by Google" is omitted from the lower right. I do get some funky ad formatting appearing for larger ad sizes though.

I'd never noticed that - but I have adsense blocked on the desk top - so I wouldn't notice it on my ipaq either. It is a perk.

I figured out what the problem was. Pocket IE (which comes with Windows Pocket PC 2003) does not support Javascript. I bought Netfront 3.1 last night and it works great, it also shows Java and Flash. And it has support for tabbed browsing and full-screen browsing. I highly recommend this browser for anyone who is tired of Pocket IE's limitations.

Netfront is excellent - much faster too.
