For eg: If you site offers weather content, then it is much obvious that each page will be dynamic.
So just be sure that the dynamic page that you refer actually has content and not search results.

I put Adsense on some of my dynamic pages, but only after consulting with google support.
The important thing was to allow MediaPartnersBot easy access to the base content of the page, and not let user/dynamic data screw with the keywording. In this particular case, we did this by using POST methods for user input, and providing unique URLS for each content segment.
