Our company "A Inc." currently runs 2 websites under Adsense. We now plan on creating a new company "B Inc." with exactly the same owners / management as the existing "A Inc." and to operate both sites under "B Inc." - once established, can we just change the name and taxid in the existing adsense account from "A Inc" to "B Inc."?
Adsense policies says that accounts are not "transferable" ... but since it's not a "sale" I am not sure how google would see the scenario described above.

Hmmm... I would think you could just change the information, since it would keep the same login, but you probably want to contact support to double check on this issue. There could be tax implications which is why they require a brand new account on ownership change.

Here is what you do. You make the site put your adsense code on it. When you want to have the money go to a new tax ID create a new adsense account and put that code on the page instead. I put my code on a friends site because he was too stupid to know that his site had any value. I paid him $10 a month for the ad and made more than that. He then decided he wanted to do it. He took my code off and put his there instead. I was ok with that. I talked to Google before he did that to make sure there was no problem. They said it was ok. Once you get adsense code you can put it anywhere you want. It does not even have to be your site as long as you have the permission of the owner.

Rigt now Google has no way to change ownership of an account. Just make a new one.
