Is something wrong with Adsense today?

Not registering any impressions or clickthroughs

Is anyone else having this problem? It's an hour and a half into Adsense's day and I'm getting zeroes on all my stats.

Just checked and our site is working normally. Traffic levels are also average for this time of the day. So even if everyone stopped clicking... the "impressions" should still be showing in the stats.

I just checked my account, and I am at all zeroes as well.

Rest assured the impressions and clicks are being stored and will be updated into our respective accounts once Google has finished working on their servers.

No new stats yet. (1024 Hrs Irish Time). Perhaps it is cascading through all accounts rather than generating near live data.

I noticed similar error and suddenly in a very two figure number impressions, I noticed a ctr of a half century :)

In all my sites, I notice an absurd ctr ratio, something which is possible only in a dream :) Generally impressions for a new day starts 2 hours from the current time (posted time), but I notice impressions in a two digit figure which is normally in a 4 digit figure. And as I mentioned, the ctr is also very very odd.

Poweroid, they are back to normal as of now, but still higher ctr than usual. Lets wait and see what happens. I wish the ctr would stay like this always ;)

Well, the first thing I saw today was 2 clicks and 0 impressions (my spreadsheet went bonkers on the CTR). But now the imps are catching up...

Some delay at the servers, that's all, let's just hope they didn't loose any data on us and are now faking their way through ;)

hmm ok, ok I'll post some numbers since this is really straange and the numbers are TOTALLY meaningless to me.

I started with

0 imps 2 clicks
then it jumped to
90 imps 4 clicks
now, next refresh
92 imps 14 clicks

This makes NO sense at all

My average CTR is around 1.6% but today this makes it over 15%. It seems like impressions aren't counted properly or haven't been added to the stats, as my clicks and earnings are in line with time of day, although unusual for hte JUMPY update.

I desperately hope they'll fix it soon or at least know about the problem, or a LOT of us will get those "fraudulent clicks" emails.

Same here. Hardly any impresions and a CTR well into double figures. It'll be interesting to see how this pans out.

I really wanted some 'normal' stats this morning. Yesterday one of my websites - not a very big one - was down for about 5 hours. This had an amazing negative impact on click-thrus - very few during that period and overall earnings well down on the day. I was hoping that today's stats would produce something like Tuesday's results - thereby 'proving' that this particular site was well worth some extra work.

One of the most interesting/frustrating aspects of the web game is identifying definite relationships between your own efforts and some kind of return in terms of traffic or income. This one is really tantalising.

But still better than a day job, I reckon.

Hmm impressions coming in slowly... still need to catch up with time of day... I wish they'd post a message on the adsense admin pages like "please note that impressions will be slightly out of dat during todays upgrades..." or so...

It seems to be fixed, impressions are now corrected and CTR is also normal

I had many normal impressions and clickthrus earlier today.

Right now, my pages with Adsense are "hanging" and will not load. Essentially, Adsense has disabled my site.

Grrr!

No more ironic than Arthur Frommer, Rick Steves, Karen Brown, and heaven knows how many other authors about guidebooks to Europe living in the USA. Or, for that matter, no more ironic than the author of a British magazine article about New York, Provence, or Tuscany living in Britain.

Mind you, I've lived in Europe several times, and I go back if I felt that universal health care and good public transportation were more important than the right to buy cheap gasoline and an unlimited supply of handguns. :-)
