Adsense ads not showing up

I don't see ads on my pages or other pages this morning

I noticed that this morning Adsense ads are not shown on my pages or on other peoples pages that I thought had Adsense. Have others noticed this or is a problem with my browser?

I just checked, and I am seeing AdSense just fine.

I checked on another computer and they showed up OK. On my computer (running XP) I logged on as another user, and the ads showed up. However, logged on as myself, the ads don't show up in my browser (MS IE 6.0). They also don't show up when I open a disk copy of a page in Front Page 98 and switch to Preview (normally PSAs show in this view).

Everything worked OK last night.

Any ideas about what could have happened?

Are the 'blind' computers running some sort of ad killer?, norton or firewall protection that might block ads out?

John_Shaw check you IE setting sounds like javascript is turned off.

Tool - internet options - security setting - custom settings

check the Scripting section.

I turned off my Norton antivirus auto-protect, and I can see the adsense ads now, both in IE and in Fronpage preview mode (where it is most important that I see them).

This is just the anti-virus protection. I do not have the firewall.

I am also using Norton antivirus on the computer that displays the ads, it is turned on.

Nothing should have changed since last night that I know of.
