Well it think i can do a lot with what i earn everyday, but one thing that bothers me is that the money takes more than 3 months to encash,

i would suggest that adsense pays us by wire transfer or paypal

I don't think that after the payments are posted and the checks are made, does anyone has to do with that money for around 2 months.

I get the monthly earning check after one month by post, then send it to bank and they take around 45 days, can't google cut this time short?

Well i think they will make this change if all the webmasters here request them to do so.

After all if we have to advertise with this all money we earn on the adwords, we have to pay in advance. Why don't they give us this money even after a month of we earning that money.

If feel an early payment will make everyone happy.
what do people got to say about this?

I hope people would say some words in support

This has been discussed many, many, many times before. But like all ad programs, they do need a chance to evaluate clicks against possible fraud, print checks, mail them, etc.

After all if we have to advertise with this all money we earn on the adwords, we have to pay in advance. Why don't they give us this money even after a month of we earning that money.

Actually, Adwords works on thirty day terms (or once the maximum credit limit for each advertiser has been met). Adwords does not charge for their clicks in advance of sending them. Overture does charge in advance, so this may be what you are thinking of.

You should bring up the clearance time with your bank - perhaps you can work out something so that you are not waiting 45 days for it to clear. Google cannot control how long your bank feels it needs to hold funds on every publisher's check.

I am confident that Google will be offering some alternative payment options in the future, as it is definitely on their list of features to add.

EFTs would be cheaper than checks too. I wouldn't be surprised to see fund transfers come in the next month or two.

well its a hot topic all right, but its still ridiculous to not have wire transfers. Lots of banks would be more than happy to take care of this service and most publishers wont mind if they are charged a bit for wire transfers. the mail option could be reserved for thos who earn too little or who get the cheque at year end only.

I am still waitin for my Jan check and the Dec chq hasnt cleared. This is just plain dumb.

Do keep in mind that AdSense really can't control the postal service and how long it takes to arrive. Mail to some countries can take an incredibly long time. I do believe USPS still has time guidelines online for the time for delivery on mail to various countries.
