Adsense newbie

Hi,
I added adsense to my phpbb forum about 3 weeks ago and i am still not getting any relevant ads appearing.
The URL is in my profile.
The forum is phpbb 2.0.6 which I am led to believe doesn't need modifying for the googlebot.

Plenty of times I see the googlebot on the forum, but it never goes further than the index.php page.

I've read through about 30 pages of posts here and still can't fathom what is going on.

I would appreciate if someone could possibly look at the forum and point me in the right direction?

One things come to mind when reading your post. It is the mediapartners bot that needs to visit your site, not the googlebot.

I don't see your site url in your profile.

Mmmm, quite often the ip address of the "guest" on the forum is shown as crawler1.google.com - is that the same thing?

Make sure you don't have any session ID variables, as that will make sure your ads are targeted.

Mediapartners bot is different than the google bot. Do a search of Webmasterworld on the term mediapartners and you will get lots of information.
