How I can remove some ads from Adsense rotation.

For example I have Aston Martin page - Google have ads for Aston Martin, but these are first 8-10 text ads that I see:

Asian Developing Nations
American Diabetes Assoc.
Endangered Species
Help Brain Tumor Patients
etc

I've tried to block them, but I can't. How I can turn them off or replace them after Normal ads in rotation?

Those are "Public Service Announcements" you can not remove them.

You should add an "alternate ad" to your code.

What you're seeing is Public Service Announcements - it means that Adsense doesn't have any advertisers for that particular page. You might want to consider setting up alternate ads - so that vistors will see affiliate advertising (or similar) instead of PSAs

But Google have ads.

When I press 1-2 times REFRESH browser button at Aston Martin page - Google shows this ad - "Aston Martin hire".

Why Google Adsense shows this PSA first?

Has this been happening often?

I occasionally see PSAs on my pages that disappear if I hit the refresh button, but that happens very, very rarely. I assume it's just a server glitch.

Maybe play a little with your keyword density.

Yes, it happens very often.
I think I have good keyword density, because site has good pisition in Google.

That sometimes happens if your pages / site is new and not in the google index.

The more "established" your site is in Google (more backlinks) the less likley that PSA's will be shown, as that is what i have found.

My site is about 7-8 month in Google index.

If I'll set some alternative ad - will my earnings with Adsense go down?

It also could be do to supply and demand - less advertiser demand for ads than publisher supply. Implement AAs for something that either has the potential to make you money (affiliate ads, negotiated advertising with advertisers, etc.) or promotes your own site (let users know about other pages, features, etc.) and track which pages are triggering them and how often.
