Hi. I just started with Adsense. I'd like to how how easy it would be to encash the check.

Hope they could offer other online payment options.

Citibank.

At this time they only use cheques for payments.

The AdSenseAdvisor has said more payment options are coming "soon."

It's so much cheaper to do direct deposit--I can't believe they are still doing checks only. Faster too :).

Using checks allows them to keep more money in their bank account. Many people, especially from outside US, have difficulties cashing checks, it can take weeks or even months, checks can get lost, etc.

That's what I'm worried about.

How are the alternatives? Is e-gold legit?

I mailed to google about alternative payment methods and they said that they hope to add additional payment options in the coming months.
Lets hope they do.
