Adsense changed logic with session IDs?

Hi All;

I perviously had an issue with adsense not working when I had session tracking information in the URL on my forums, so I disabled it and took the security hit.

Anyway, I recently upgraded my forum software but have not yet disabled the session tracking and the strange thing is that I am still seeing targeted ads and not PSAs... not perfecly targeted to the thread but certainly targeted to my website.

Did adsense change some algos?

Did the version you upgraded to have a bot-friendly feature built in? It could be serving up non-SID URLs to bots, but URLs with SIDs for everyone else.
