I went to a site <snip>
Didn't know if I could tell which.

It has Google Ads ... but when I clicked on one nothing appeared... I went to another site and tried and got the same thing?

Any ideas?

any chance you have some sort of popup filter on your browser? happens to me a lot. i have to constantly remember to toggle the filter off when i WANT to see popups. not quite as irritating as getting too many unwanted popups, but still get annoyed at having to deal with it occasionally. anyway, that's my guess.

I thought about that and I checked...
I had no pop-up blocker on...

I had purchased a brand new laptop
yesterday and I have not installed any,
so I tried that computer and I also saw no
results.

Have you tried the site I listed or any other one.

Gee, I went to that site and clicked many times and all the sites appeared OK. Happy now?

Seriously, out of your handful of posts to date, 3 have contained URL's or site names that violate this forum's terms of use. This thread in particular smells like an effort to defraud Google. Your one other post was a message dissing Google. Classy.

Since it is a brand new computer, is one of the new Norton programs installed that features ad-blocking? If so, it will block many of the AdSense ads, making them un-clickable.

You were right on ...

Your link pointing me the Norton Ad Blocker was the problem.

Situation solved ...

For the record I did own that website that was snipped
if Google saw it they might penalize the owner. So Google please don't penalize him/her as they are innocent. -OR- if you think this is a lame attempt to shift blame away from myself penalize away, but he/she is innocent.

Thanks

Google is well aware of the situation of Norton ad-blocking. And it is a user problem, not a publisher problem, so there is no concerns over any TOS/policies violations due to this.

I wonder ...
If someone who is bloaking ads becuase of Norton
clicks on an Adsense ad....

Even though they don't get to see the advertiser's page, is the advertiser invoiced and the website owner paid?
