lowest benchmarks for acceptance & Kicking Criterion

Complete site is not up as yet but a forum is... got accepted into adsense a week ago.
Not getting any money though ..i guess with loads of content coming in a week i should be doing fine.
PR not too high but 200 pages in index...rank very well for the forum terms in question.
Anyone lower than that in terms of uniques(applicable to adsense displays only)?
Would be interesting to know cuz I am applying ads to only a really small subsection and get 100 impressions and wonder if they kick me out after a while for insignificant number of impressions or almost nil CTR.

No. There is no minimum for impressions or CTR. Just don't break the rules.
