Hello, a mutt copied our website and signed up as an adsense publisher. (It's too easy ha?) I submitted the contact form from within my CP a few days ago but did not get any reply (even did not get the auto-reply message). I also tried to send another email using my mail client to adsense-support directly, also no response.

My sympathies. I just discovered that some clowns in Belize have lifted my layout and some of my text and graphics (including affiliate blurbs). I haven't reported them to AdSense, but I'm very tempted to invoke the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and have their pages pulled from Google Search. The DMCA has its flaws, but it can be useful in cases of infringement.

iProgram, any chance your email program or ISP could be filtering Google emails? Others have reported the same problem - even when they have received previous emails from Google.

I have no problem in contacting with them before. I just FAX the DMCA Complaints to google, hope this works.

I recently found an Amazon reviewer (top 1000, too!) who'd just copied four of my reviews onto Amazon, claiming them as her own work... I submitted a complaint to Amazon's copyright address a week ago, but haven't received a response yet.

I get emails all the time when I ask adsense stuff. They are very helpful and quite fast.

danny, the mutt copied our whole website, using a "website copier" software. And then he created two mirror websites.
Chicken Juggler, did you contact with adsense support team recently (since the Worm.SCO.A happened?)

I just discovered a page on the infringing Belize site where the idiots copied (even my illustration) and pasted a short section of text above my existing text. What's weird is that one of the site's owners is an attorney and another is a former journalist. That's pretty stupid, IMHO.

That's pretty stupid, IMHO.

Not stupid, just deliberate.

It's stupid if they're aware of:

It's stupid if they're aware of:

I would say stupid if they're not aware of it, as they should be.

If they are aware of it (and I suspect they are) then it's not stupid, it's deliberate and calculated.

Much much worse, IMO (and that of the law).

I assume that you've saved the offending Web page on your hard drive (and made a screen capture in the bargain).

Who is stupid?

I guess in your scenario it depends on who's behind the *****!
