Filter and the Right Click

What am I looking for?

I recently started the adsense program.

I cannot get the filter to work. I added 4 sites...

www.widget1.com
www.widget2.com
www.widget3.com
www.widget4.com

But the ads still appear.

Questions

Does it take a while for the filter to work? I added these about an hour ago and still get the ads.

Am I grabbing the right URL? The instructions say to right click and the address will be between the "url?q= and the &sa=". I don't even get any of this. I get

example...

"http://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/adclick?adurl=http://www.widget1.com/index.aspx&sa=<trackinginfo>=1&client=ca-pub-<publisherID>"

and this is what I am using for the filter... www.widget1.com

It says it takes a few hours to take effect right on the URL filter page. So it a couple more hours, you should see them filtering correctly.
