Custom adsense-driven Google toolbars

I came across on online auction for a software that incorporates the Adsense Google search into a custom google toolbar that your site visitors can download. Any search they use through the toolbar, or by highlighting text and searching for it, handles the surfer as if they had conducted the search on a search bar on your site. The seller describes his product as getting "legal clicks daily" but also sells autosurf programs, so I question just how kosher this is.

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts on this was.

I'd check with Google before doing anything like this. If it was me, I wouldn't do it. I can't see the risk being worth the reward. One of those article submit sites lets you inbed your Adsense code in any article you submit. I didn't do, no way was I giving someone my AdSense code.

I remember reading the ToS and seeing something about not using AdSense in software. Check the ToS, this is the first thing to do.
