Channel Data Broken?

Are you seeing very strange data?

I've just been trying to analyse June's figures and the Advanced Reports data is totally out of whack!

Selecting Channel Data, one channel I have that has earned about $1400 this month with "Date" and "Both" are correct, however "Channel" shows $42,000+ i.e. 30 x 1400.

If I select "All" by "Date", meaning loads of channels for me, the figure is correct however selecting "Channel" it shows me the $42,000 again and if I select "Both" than I am back to the $1400 since it is only showing me one channel.

Before I used to be able to select "All" then "Channel" and I could see what each of my many channels had earned.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Apologies if this sounds complicated however this facility is very important for me to track 100+ web site earnings etc.

Obviously I am writing to AdSense however whether anyone is there this weekend is another thing!

I got an email this morning saying its a holiday in the USA, and there won't be anyone there until Wednesday, on the help side.

You're joking?

This is supposed to be a global company, I could say a lot more if this is true.

Was it the email that mentioned the right to bare arms?

OR, its also on the AS blog:

[adsense.blogspot.com ]

You may want to subscribe to the right of the blog page, so you get the emails I receive, assuming you haven't already done it :-)

Why bother going back half way through the week?

Is multinational jobsworth culture already taking over at G? We've got enough money, customer service no longer matters!

OptiRex.
They only said that it might take longer than usual to get a reply, not that they have closed down, goes without saying a multi billion business will not be left running unattended.

Agreed but that is usually multinational obfuscation for "We're pretending to be here however, in actual fact, we're not!".

This is a serious database problem they have, are you seeing the same as me?

>serious database problem

Hi OptiRex, no I am not seeing it, I would mark the message URGENT and email them if I were you.

Did do several hours ago, not even an acknowledgement though, however they must've received it or were aware of the problem since I can check my channel data ok now:-)
