I smelled MFA, so I told him to give me a link of another forum doing this with him and he gave me a link of a blog that is hosting 5 text links, I checked them and they are all high paying MFAs, they are all subdomains of the blog. Anyway I replied back and told him that I am Adsense publisher myself and I can see what he is doing and I cant give him subdomains for that and asked him how much will he pay if I sell him 5 text links for 3 months (only links and no subdomains on my forum), he replied that he will pay 150$ for 3 months upfront. I didn’t reply to him ever since.
I checked the 5 links, and they are all very high paying keywords MFAs!
How can we stop this guy?

When in doubt, go with your gut-instincts. Play it safe.
This guy is not working on his own I think, and if they were not stopped, soon many will be doing the same!
Do you think they would do anything? Do you think they would advise you? Do you think they would care one way or the other?
My opinion is that Google does not care. If they did care they would have stopped MFA sites long ago. But they have not stopped them so their actions speak much louder than their words.
Also there is no "we" in stopping MFA, only Google can stop them if they wanted to.
And there is nothing to report really, if an AdSenser is dim enough to give DNS records and root links to a suspicious MFA and have their search rankings and AdSense account at the mercy of a shady person for few bucks, then they deserve whatever happens to them, but it's good you gave a warning for others here. Now move on.

There is nothing that "we" can do about how "others" go about with their business.
If someone is dim enough to let others host whatever content they want using his domains, he's asking for it. It's only a matter of time before we would have someone posting here "my adsense account was banned after I "rented" my subdomains to..."
