I know Google doesn't allow adsense on sites dealing with gambling but am I allowed to just have a banner ad for a poker website displaying on the same page as Adsense? My site itself has nothing to do with gamblinb

if your site has nothing to do with gambling why put a gambling banner on it

Because I have a possible compaign that pays pretty well for an ad space that I don't use Adsense in and though my site isn't about gambling it fits the demographic pretty well.

I think I've read other posts that say that ads are considered content, so a Gambling ad on your site might be considered gambling content (which is against the TOS).

But, for TOS questions like this, the best answer is to ask Adsense directly. A dozen posters could tell you that it's fine and well within the rules, but that won't help you much if you get banned because of it. Better to have it direct from the source.
