Some off topic ads creeping in

This particluar page has a very high CTR, but today I am seeing lots of unrelated ads, especially in the squre (250*250) midway through the page. The ads at the bottom (460*90) are still relevant.

Do you think this is just temporary?

Before anyone suggests changing or subtley adding keywords, I must stress I have always had very relevant ads on the page, so I don't see the need to alter the page at all.

Its just not this page. I quite often see the square having less relevant ads than the 490*60 at the bottom of the page.

Just to add a further point, my CTR in June has been very good.
