After changing of Color Palettes of the units my impressions and Earnings going up of about 25-30% is it logical?

It certainly can be.

For example, if you had dark grey text on a black backgtound and were targeting color-blind retires with poor vision, changing to a simple black text on a white background could do wonders for you results.

Less dramatic differences can have equally positive results depending on a whole variety of circumstances.

Yes, changing the color scheme of your ads can have a dramatic effect on earnings (see [adsense.blogspot.com...] for an example). Some publishers find that their users respond better to ads blended into the site content, for example, while others find their users prefer a contrasting color palette.
