Text above ads

I know what the TOS says but did any of you ask google for a different text above ads and wes allowed to?.. Cause i saw lots of websites with text like "Useful links" or something like that above ads. I've mailed to google about "Useful links" and am waiting for an answer.

Google are gonna say no, and it doesn't matter because such attempts to encourage clicks don't work anyways. If anything they're a signal that the following block of text can be safely ignored.

You're right they said no :) ... atleast now i know the websites with other text are surely against TOS, and didn't get permission to do so
