A few months ago, I was banned from Adsense. But before I was banned, I checked my stats a few times from work.
I work at a small web firm, and in the future we are going to launch a website that we would like to use Adsense on. Now, this project has nothing to do with me and not at all with the website that got banned - but we still have the same IP address. So do you think this will be a problem? Will Google let this company into adsense? Or will they see it as related to me or my old website because of my "blunders"?
Thanks for your time!
If that's the case, probably the best solution is to write to AdSense, explain exactly what has occurred, and explain you may lose your job if the company you work for were aware of the situation.
Clarify that they will be applying for AS, as a seperate entity, and without the knowledge that you had used their computers for your own personal use.
I guess you probably would not want your company to know you were working on your own site in their time.
As for changing the ip address, that may not be an option.
I'll write a mail to adsense, but so far I've never really gotten any replies from them (except for some of the standard replies).
