According to their FAQ, it can take up to 24 hours to update, although it is rarely that long.
Don't get worried until there has been nothing updated after 24 hours.

If it has been that long, chances are they are rolling out a new feature or making a change to something in either AdSense or Adwords. This often happens when stats are significantly delayed.

Stats are slightly more updated when you view by week or month.
