No, purchasing hosting in the US will not require you to pay US taxes. No, purchasing a .com domain name will not require you to pay US taxes.

no no US tax, you are liable for taxation in India only. and consult your tax advisor for service tax thing. Its still not clear whether adsense income qualifies for service tax or not. Anyway, no service tax till adsense income is below INR 400,000/-
