Is there a limit for number of search boxes?

I would like to put a couple of Adsense for Search boxes in different areas on my web pages. Is this allowed, or can a person only have one search box on a page?

In addition to the 2 search boxes, I would also have 3 AdSense for Content units (2 ad units and 1 link unit). I don't know if that influences the fact I want to put 2 search boxes on my pages or not.

Would what I describe above be ok with the Google TOS? I can't seem to find any reference to the number of AdSense for Search boxes allowed per page.

On each page, you can place up to:

2 AdSense for search boxes
3 ad units
1 link unit
4 referral buttons (each referring a different product, e.g., Picasa, AdSense, AdWords, and Firefox)

That said, you may not want to use the maximum per page. I recommend using channels to see which ad units perform and which don't. The optimal combination of features and products varies from site to site.
