Maybe it's because last impression was made on 06.06. (lets say 23:59:59) and ad was clicked on 07.06. (lets say 00:00:10).
Should this stat be flaged as suspicious to google?
Has anyone ever get similar stat?

This happens quite often, just wait a bit until the stats are synchronated. Sometimes the count for clicks is faster than the count for impressions.

Yes, this happens sometimes. Don't panic for one "rogue" click. Panic if it's 100 :)

this is the first time it happens to me, so I was a little bit confused.

more likely google not updating immediately, happens, not much to worry about. this morning is a bit strange though, i already have 50,000 page impressions with no clicks attributed when normally there are at least 100 clicks by that point, so they are holding clicks back for some reason today, no doubt it will sort itself out though.
