Is is allowable if you have a popunder script on your site that brings up a popunder window on exit, which is one of your website pages, containing adsense?

From Google's adsense policies page:
"Pages showing Google ads may never be loaded in an unrequested pop-up"
So presumably not, and pop-unders would fall into the same category.
I'm sure others will be able to give a more definitive answer, but when in doubt, get your answer from Google itself.

From my understanding, adsense ads can not be blocked by a pop up, therefore pop unders would be ok. But as previously stated, an email to the big G is well worth the effort to avoid getting banned :)

"No Google ad or Google search box may be displayed on any domain parking websites, pop-ups, pop-unders, or in any email."

Malachite's and Youfoundjake's answers are correct and seem plenty definitive to me. No need to ask Google about this one.

Yep, I stand corrected. My memory is going fuzzy... guess that what happens when you get up there in age. First your hearing or is it your memory. I just don't remember. I'm off to remove my pop under :)

popunders and unrequested popups are inacceptable anyway. if you only got the slightest feeling for your users then you will do without this crap.

i had pop unders for over 2 years now..
TOS is saying no adsense ON the pop-ups or pop-under pages themselves.
Moti.. you wouldnt be saying that if you made $300 a day just on a single pop-under that displays once a day per visitor

That's what the OP asked about, or at least the best sense I can make out of the question.

^^ oh yeah i see.. why would anyone want to put a adsense block on a popunder or popup though.. everyone just closes those, so youre just throwing your CTR down the drain..
the money i make from pop unders are from actual displays, no need to read or click.. i get paid everytime it pop-unders

How are you getting paid by using pop-unders? What program did you sign up with that pays you for impressions like that? Wow the user doesn't even need to click on the ad and you still get paid. Anyone heard of this marketing goldmine?
