Over the past six months I have become extremely lazy and no motivation for growing my website. I have gained 60 lbs over the past 2 years.
Enforced time spent away from the computer and away from the project that has now grown a bit stale for you will help to rekindle your passion. It's human nature that when you can't spend time on some creative project you will start coming up with new ideas and have a desire to start doing something on that project.
Having limited time is the key here. When you've got all the time in the world to do something, the chances are you won't get around to doing it. "A task expands to fill the time alloted to it" - as someone once said.

My advice is to get a job, even if it's part-time and something completely unrelated to your adsense life and your job that you had previously. This will bring a focus to your life because you will *have to* do something regularly, even when you may not want to.
I have two sources of income: one is web publishing / web design and the other one involves walking / mountaineering. Both are entirely freelance.
If I was only after the money I ought to drop everything involving the outdoor activities because they pays less (per hour or day) than web publishing /design. But I won't because it is the one thing that keeps me sane, fit and - ultimately - happy.
Having a second (unrelated) activity is also a good insurance against losing income from the first, be it because your AdSense account got banned, your pages lost their ranking in the latest update or you developed terminal carpal tunnel syndrome.
What is also nice about the mix is that one activity is pretty 'lonely' and the other one is very social (having to interact with people as part of the work). Switching from one to the other prevents me from getting really fed up with either too much peace and quiet or too much talking.
I totally understand your problem, I don't fully understand the eating, but, lazy definitely happens with success! Eating I believe is a by-product of it for some :(
You really need to pick another goal, for me it was golf and gardening......both forms of good exercise.
Golf is great because it is a challenging exercise that anyone can undertake and not easy to achieve.
Gardening in the southern USA is great as you will work and sweat off a lot of the food or drink you choose to consume.
I eat light, but, drink heavy......so to reduce the weight gain I need to walk and work it off. For me Golf and Gardening works. I walk the golf course, carrying the clubs, I work the garden with manual labor where possible.
Those in LA might choose an indoor tread-mill type exercise machine.....I prefer to keep it natural.
Set a goal......achieve your weight at 25 when you considered yourself healthy.......do that at 40...50+ and you will do just fine :)
I joke with friends that I play golf for medical/health reasons:
1. Keeps me sane and is social
2. It's good for the eyes, you need to watch a little white ball dissapear after a big whack with the big stick. Looking at the computer screens for hours can't be good for the eyes.
I also like to take my kids to school and pick them up in the afternoon. Sometimes other parents think I don't have a job!
I just choose flexible working hours.
Works for the sanity, but I must admit motivation is a problem, so I like to focus of company growth and holidays I want to take the family on. Skiing in France was excellent and I highly recommend it.
