Blending In Ads

Is it against TOS to have ads on a page that appear similar to the page's regular text.

For example, I have a page with a block of links to various articles on my site. Would placing a block of ads that is formatted similarly to that block of links be against the rules?

It depends on the location of the links and adsense ads. If you have them right next to each other and have also included some sort of text like "click on the below links" then you might have a problem.

Blending is a common practice; however, you need to be careful. Blend your ads to create consistent flowing website. Do not blend your ads as a deceptive means to obtain clicks.
