Hello:

Recently I navigated into a flash website, I haven't visited that site for while and they have added Adsense to their webpages.

They have the ads over a table, this table has a background image which is a rectangle with round corners and a shadow, this makes the ads integrate quite nicely to the design of the site, but Im not sure it complies to Adsens' Terms.

They use this technique for all their ad formats and ad links. What do you think of this?

Cheers!

nothing wrong with that.. i put all my ads in divs and style the div to make it blend in more. the trouble comes when people mess with the actual adsense code.

Every website is different, but I recently put my Adsense ads in a nice border that perfectly matched the borders in my PHPBB discussion forum software and clicks and earning immediately dropped. When I removed the borders everything went right back to normal.

Blending in to the page is important. On my site I've made the background color and link colors and the like the same between the ads and the forum, but if I make the area around the ads look like the PHPBB forum then things go south.
